Cesar is the longest standing member of the K&A team besides our Founder, having joined the firm in 1995. Cesar frequently works directly with our clients and our team in a broad range of operational activities. He also supervises a number of activities associated with our regulatory and internal compliance requirements. Cesar received a bachelor’s degree in Finance, with a minor in Psychology, from Baruch College.
